i enjoyed having access to wild wadi waterpark. it was literally steps from the hotel, a very short walk. the free buggy rides to other properties worked really well, a convenient way to explore.
the room service was slow. it took nearly an hour to receive a simple request, a bucket of ice. it was also difficult to get someone on the phone, i was on hold for too long.

i enjoyed having complimentary access to wild wadi water park. the water park was within a short walk. i also liked the variety of dining options available with the half-board reservation. concierge booked our evening reservations prior to arrival, and this made the holiday stress-free.
the basement changing facility was a large disabled toilet. reception did not offer a proper alternative. i asked to speak to a manager, but no one contacted me. the customer service was very poor.

The location was acceptable. Customer service was there.
I waited half a day for a life jacket for my children. I would NOT recommend this for any family with small kids. The kids pool was closed and the other pool was too deep.
